It was noted that an issue occurred this morning causing a request to hang up on one of our servers. The resulting effect was a back up of requests that spiked server CPU usage. This in turn caused delay and lag on our servers. We have since addressed the issue. Once again we apologize for the degraded performance issues. It was not our intent for our users to experience performance issues at such a high traffic time of year.
